Muay Thai

An incredibly effective striking style, Muay Thai uses not only punches and kicks, but elbows and knees as well. The history of Muay Thai stretches back some 500 years, but it was largely modernized during the 20th century and continues to gain recognition as an effective and fun sport and form of self-defense. For those interested in MMA, Muay Thai is essential.

Our Muay Thai coaches combine traditional technique with partner drills, cardio and conditioning, and one-on-one feedback to help you, whether your goals are related to sport, self-defense, enjoyment, or health motivations.
