Judo for Self-defense
Judo is a martial art and Olympic sport of Japanese origin, that can be utilized into Mixed Martial Arts, BJJ, Self-Defense, and wrestling. Judo practitioners, known as Judokas, study methods to off-balance and throw their opponents to the floor. Judo also utilizes ground techniques such as pins and submissions.

Judo has been an Olympic sport since 1964 and it’s influence can be seen in Mixed Martial Arts today.
