HIIT Essential: Body Weight Exercises

Coach Erin brings you her Fitness Tip of the Week! Be sure to incorporate full body exercises into your workout. This helps you increase the effectiveness of your workout at home and at the gym. All of our fitness classes incorporate full body exercises so you can max out the effectiveness of your workout.

Body weight exercises are great for home or on the road. At WNY MMA & Fitness, no two fitness classes are ever the same. This means you’ll never get bored with doing the same repeating set of workouts.
