Interested in Boxing/Kickboxing Classes?
Boxing/Kickboxing are a ton of fun, and they’re a great workout! Plus, they’re an integral piece of any MMA training plan. WNY Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness offers Boxing, Kickboxing, and traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing. We have five striking coaches who have all competed and coached at high levels. Whatever your striking goals are, they are ready to help you.
If you’re new, you’ll start in our level 1 classes and cover all the fundamentals. Once you’ve grasped the basics, we’ll move you up to our level 2 class. On average, it takes about 20 classes to be ready to move up to the next level. As a beginner, you can also jump into the All Levels Classes. These classes are a great opportunity to work with some of the more experienced strikers and give yourself a little challenge.
