Rocking and Technical Standup Drill

From a self-defense perspective, being able to be on the ground following an opponent who is standing – and then getting up and escaping – is challenging. But these techniques, which you can practice solo or with a partner, allow you to be mobile on the ground and be able to stand up and escape safely.

We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, in addition to our striking classes and our Free Monthly Women’s Self-Defense Class. These classes provide a number of different perspectives on self-defense. But all of them will help make you more prepared for real-world situations.
