Build Your Fight Team Training Schedule
Consistency and commitment are essential if you want to be part of the WNY MMA Fight Team. We understand that everyone has work and personal schedules that they have to fit their training around, so we have a schedule builder available for you to customize your own schedule.
Please select each training session that you will be attending. There is also space for you to record any individual training you plan to do (for example, additional strength and conditioning sessions) so that your coaches will have a full picture.
The team is not mandating which sessions you attend. You are setting your own schedule and you must commit to the schedule that you set. Your teammates are depending on you and you owe it to yourself as well - because fights are won in the gym before they're won in the spotlight.
How to Build Your Schedule
- Select the classes you plan to attend
- If the class is not listed, write it in the text box
- Add any additional training sessions in the text box
- Add any additional notes about training/nutrition/ etc. in the additional notes text box at the end
