Want to Join Fight Team?

Whether you aspire to be the next world champion or a high level training partner for the next world champion, there's a fight team opportunity for you.

What skill level should you be to join fight team?

To compete, you should be able to roll comfortably with blue belts or higher. Your striking skills should include solid boxing fundamentals, as well as the ability to throw roundhouse and snap/teep kicks. You should also be very comfortable with doing padwork.

Training Expectations

As an amateur, you should plan on 10 hours of class, 5 hours of cardio, 2 drilling sessions, and 2 sparring sessions per week. As a professional, expect your training to increase by at least 50% from the amateur level.
