Arm Drag to a Double Leg Takedown

There are lots of ways to get into a double leg takedown. This arm drag option allows you to control your opponent before shooting in for the takedown. A solid option that you should definitely be repping regularly.

Wrestling is a great way to learn how to get someone to the ground and control them once you’re there. Interested in grappling? Be sure to also check out our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and our No-Gi BJJ classes.

Want to try this for free? Let us know and we’ll set you up with a free introductory private lesson!
